 VSBN is a partner in the Energy Star® Change a Light Campaign through our involvement with Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy's ( DMME's) program.
 VSBN has introduced the U.S. Department of Energy Building America Program to Virginia. Under this program, VSBN works with home builders to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact on demonstration homes.
Sponsor the new SMART Building Directory!
 VSBN needs two more sponsors to relaunch its SMART Building Directory (formerly the Sustainable Building Resource Directory). Thank you to Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. for its Platinum sponsorship and Calvert-Jones for a Bronze sponsorship.
VSBN is working to re-issue a new, improved version of our mid-Atlantic directory for Green products, services, and programs by March 2009. Sponsors receive high visibility for a year in the directory, which will also feature special advertising, event promotions, and a Green Job posting area.
